SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the impact of COVID-19, please expect up to 7 business days of order processing for your package to be shipped. Tracking details will be provided to you via email upon shipment.

Pre-Order

If you purchase a product by pre-order, there will be a total of three weeks before the product is shipped. This includes 2 weeks for product production and 1 week of order processing.

Undeliverable Items

Please be mindful of the shipping address entered. We are not responsible for undeliverable or rejected packages. This includes stolen, lost, and miss-delivered packages.

If your address is entered incorrectly at checkout, please reach out to us within 24 hours at family@clueclothings.com.

If an incorrect product is delivered, we will cover the cost of the return of the incorrect product, along with the cost of the shipping of the correct product.

If you receive a defective item, email us with your order number, detailed description, and image of the defect. We will review and reply within 24-48 hours with a solution.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns at this time. If a product does not fit correctly or the color is not to your liking, we can offer an exchange of the exact item within 15 days of the purchase if the item is still in stock. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange of the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
